yesterday, Tony Blair, alongside David Miliband- Environment Secretary-
revealed their first draft of a new, legally binding Climate Change
Bill, which is to become law next year.

Five
safe, eight to go
Earlier this morning five members of the British Embassy staff were
released from the north of Ethiopia. Whilst it is still a mystery about
who captured these innocent workers, eight other Ethiopians are still
being held captive.

Scots Pay rise turned around
Gordon Brown announced last week that nurses in Scotland will get a 1.5%
pay rise in April with another 1% in November.
