Governments going Green, or are they?

Many people think we should stop throwing out so much junk but it is easier said then done and that’s why some people hesitate to even recycle at all. Too much hard work, they say, but the question is: what is the government doing to help save the world?

Tony Blair says he is going green but does he really mean it or are they just words written on a page? It is thought to be a rising and occurring issue. So on the government’s behalf a new eco friendly “green” website has been created. They are persuading us by finding different energy saving ideas.

·        Green bins for garden waste

·        Blue bins for glass

·        Pink sacks for recycling

·        Solar power panels on roofs

·        Water collection tub in gardens

·        Turn off electrical appliances when not being used

·        Turn off heating at night

England isn’t the only country responsible for global pollution and the planets disruption. Surprisingly Asia isn’t the largest producer of gas, America is.

America

As you know America is the world’s largest distributor of global warming. George Bush has just the same story “I will help” but do you see a major change in the US’s gas release? Overall the government aren’t doing as much as they should to stop the vast increase of temperature and control global warming.
